Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all LUTHER MELBOURNE tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location within 72 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
